You may place your order several different ways:

You can either place your order as a guest or you can create an account. Creating an account will provide you with easy access to your order history and you won’t have to key in your billing and shipping information for future orders. To create an account click on "Register" then fill in the required information the click “Create Account”

Please have an order form or the web site in front of you when calling so that you can reference item numbers.
Typically we ship orders within 1-2 business days and sometimes the same day. During a busy holiday season it may take up to 4 business days but this is unusual. Shipping time varies depending on the carrier and other variables such as the weather. We can not commit to a specific date that you will receive your order but make every effort to ship them out as soon as possible. If you have a particular urgency please let us know and we will do what we can to expedite your order.
Out of Stock
We try to not run out of products; however, there may be unavoidable and hopefully temporary outages. We do not allow for back-orders of out-of-stock items. We do our best to keep our inventory up to date; however, if on the rare occasion you have ordered an item that was not in stock we may hold your order for an extra day or two if the item will be back in stock soon. We will contact you if the item will be out of stock for a longer period of time and offer an alternative choice such as a different fragrance or color of the same item for example. If no alternative item is suitable we will refund your order for the missing item.
All of our orders are shipped either by UPS or US Postal Service. If you choose to ship via UPS please provide a physical ship-to address. UPS will not allow for delivery to P.O. boxes. Post office box addresses will be delivered via US postal Priority Mail service. All shipping methods include tracking numbers which will be emailed to you after your order has shipped. We have found that almost all of our orders arrive within a reasonable time frame; however if you feel that your order is lost please contact us by email at, firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at, (808) 821-1180. Please have your order number handy when calling. We will try to locate your order and if, on the rare occasion it is lost, we will refund your order.
Shipping Errors/Damaged Goods
You must notify our office of any shipping errors or goods damaged in transit within 7 days of receipt of shipment. We will then either issue you a credit or send a replacement product at no charge. Island Soap Company accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with our carrier’s delivery. If the carrier has to return the shipment to us then the customer will be liable for all shipping charges and credited for all merchandise returned in sellable condition.
In the event that any of our products don’t meet your satisfaction please let us know. We will strive to make it up to you as appropriate. Any products returned to Island Soap in sellable condition will be credited to your account.
All purchases are prepaid prior to shipping.
We accept credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
We also accept Amazon Pay, PayPal, ApplePay, and GooglePay.
Due to the cost and complexity of shipping internationally, some promotions for free or discounted shipping may not apply to orders outside of the U.S.
Although we estimate shipping and customs charges, sometimes the recipient has to pay additional fees upon collecting the shipment that we cannot anticipate. We are not responsible for those additional charges.
